For candidates with specified disabilities (less than 40% disability), the scribe's qualification should be one step below your qualification.
What is compensatory time and how do I register for it?
Eligible candidates using scribe services can receive compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of examination. You must register for this facility during your online application. What happens if my scribe answers questions independently?
If your scribe is found independently answering or solving questions, providing hints, cues, or prompts in any manner, your examination session will be terminated immediately and your candidature will be cancelled. You may be permanently or temporarily debarred from future SBI examinations and face criminal prosecution.
Can I use a scribe if I have not registered for it during application?
No. You must register for scribe facility during your online application. You cannot use a scribe in the examination if you did not opt for it at the time of application. The system does not allow last-minute additions of scribe facility.
