Corrections log and policy
We correct mistakes in the open. When a fact on this site is found to be wrong, the page is fixed, a dated note is added to its update log, and the correction is listed below. We do not silently edit.
Policy
- What counts as a correction: a wrong date, fee, vacancy count, eligibility rule, link or authority name — anything a reader might act on. Typos and wording changes are edits, not corrections, and are not listed here.
- How to report: use the contact page with the page link and, if you have it, the official document that shows the correct value.
- Response time: reports are checked against the official notification within 24 hours on working days. If the source itself has changed (a corrigendum), the page is updated and the change noted; if we were wrong, the correction is noted as ours.
- Outdated cycles: pages for closed recruitments stay online for reference, are marked as archived, and link to the exam hub for the current cycle. They are not "corrected" to newer dates — a new page is published instead.
- Secondary-source pages: the small number of pages written before an official document could be reached are labelled as such and re-checked against the official source when it appears.
