What is Exam Notification - Sarkari Exam Notifications, Results, Admit Cards, Answer Keys and Syllabus?

A Exam Notification is the outcome of a government recruitment or entrance exam — the merit list, scorecard or cut-off published by the conducting body (SSC, UPSC, a Railway Recruitment Board, IBPS, a state PSC or a police recruitment board). Exam Notification tracks those official releases and publishes each one with its source document linked.

Sarkari Naukri 2026: what this site covers

Exam Notification is a government-job alert website for candidates preparing for central and state government recruitment in India. We publish the latest Sarkari Naukri notifications, online application forms, admit cards / hall tickets, answer keys, exam results, cut-off marks and merit lists, syllabus and exam pattern, and government scheme (Sarkari Yojana) updates — for every level from 10th pass and 12th pass to ITI, diploma, graduate and post-graduate vacancies.

What makes this site different is where the information comes from. Our system watches about 100 official recruitment portals directly — ssc.gov.in, upsc.gov.in, the RRB websites, ibps.in, sbi.co.in/careers, joinindianarmy.nic.in, the UPSSSC, UPPSC, BPSC, RPSC, MPESB and other state commissions and boards — and reads the official advertisement PDF when a new notification appears. Every page names the issuing authority, quotes the notification and links the source, so you can verify a last date or a vacancy count in one click instead of trusting a forwarded WhatsApp message.

Central government exams: SSC, UPSC, Railway, Bank, Defence

SSC (Staff Selection Commission) runs the largest Group B and C recruitments — SSC CGL for graduates, SSC CHSL for 12th pass, SSC MTS and Havaldar for 10th pass, SSC GD Constable for the paramilitary forces, SSC CPO (Delhi Police / CAPF Sub-Inspector), SSC JE and SSC Stenographer. UPSC conducts the Civil Services (IAS/IPS), CDS, NDA, CAPF Assistant Commandant, ESE and the EPFO exams. The Railway Recruitment Boards hire through RRB NTPC, RRB Group D, ALP, Technician and JE, and the RRC/RPF for constables and apprentices.

Banking recruitment runs through IBPS PO, Clerk, SO and RRB, SBI PO / Clerk / Apprentice, RBI Grade B and Assistant and NABARD. Defence intake includes Agniveer (Army, Navy, Air Force), Territorial Army, Indian Coast Guard Navik and Yantrik, and the CAPF forces — BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB and Assam Rifles. Teaching eligibility runs through CTET, KVS, NVS and state TETs such as UPTET, REET and Bihar STET. Entrance exams conducted by the National Testing AgencyNEET UG, JEE Main, CUET, UGC NET — appear under Admission.

State government jobs: UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, MP and every other state

Most vacancies in India are state-level. Uttar Pradesh recruits through UPSSSC (PET, Lekhpal, Junior Assistant, VDO), UPPSC (PCS, RO/ARO, LT Grade), the UP Police Recruitment Board (Constable, SI, Jail Warder) and UP Basic Education. Bihar hires through BPSC (TRE teacher recruitment, CCE), BSSC, CSBC (Bihar Police Constable), BTSC and Bihar Vidhan Sabha. Rajasthan uses RPSC and RSMSSB (CET, Patwari, LDC); Madhya Pradesh uses MPESB (Vyapam) and MPPSC; Haryana uses HSSC CET; Maharashtra uses MPSC; and Delhi uses DSSSB. Each state also announces Anganwadi, ASHA, Home Guard, Gram Panchayat and outsourcing (Rojgar Sangam) posts.

Use the exam pages to follow one recruitment from notification to result, and the state pages to see only the vacancies you can apply for from your home state.

How to use this site

The Latest Jobs section lists new notifications with the last date and a countdown. Admit Card, Answer Key and Results follow each exam through its cycle. Syllabus pages describe the exam pattern; Admission covers entrance exams and counselling; Sarkari Yojana explains government schemes and how to apply. Every post has a Key Facts card — total posts, last date, exam date, fee, age limit — and a direct official link, and shows an update log whenever a corrigendum or date extension is issued. Hindi readers can switch any page to the हिंदी edition.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Sarkari Result and Sarkari Naukri?

Sarkari Naukri means a government job — the vacancy and the recruitment process. Sarkari Result is the outcome of that recruitment's exam: the merit list, scorecard and cut-off released by the conducting body. This site covers both: the notification when it is issued, and the result when it is declared.

How do I know a government job notification is genuine?

Open the notification on the authority's own website — the domain will end in gov.in or nic.in, or be the board's official domain (for example ibps.in or sbi.co.in). Every post here links that official PDF or page so you can confirm the details yourself. Do not pay any fee through a link sent on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Which government jobs can a 10th pass or 12th pass candidate apply for?

10th pass candidates are eligible for SSC MTS, SSC GD Constable, RRB Group D, state police constable, Army Agniveer (GD/Tradesman), postal GDS and many Group D posts. 12th pass candidates add SSC CHSL, RRB NTPC undergraduate posts, Navy and Air Force Agniveer, state clerk and stenographer posts, and Anganwadi and forest guard vacancies. See the jobs-by-qualification pages.

When are admit cards released before an exam?

Most central bodies release admit cards 7 to 15 days before the exam date; SSC and RRB typically release exam-city intimation slips about 10 days earlier and the admit card 3–4 days before. Admit cards are downloaded from the authority's portal with the registration number and date of birth — they are never sent by post.

How is the cut-off decided and where is it published?

The cut-off is the lowest score of the last selected candidate in each category (UR, EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, ESM) and depends on vacancies and the paper's difficulty. It is published with the result on the conducting body's website; our result posts reproduce it and link the official PDF.

Does this website provide official results or forms?

No. Exam Notification is an independent information website and is not associated with any government body. We report official notifications, results and admit cards and link the official source; the application, fee payment and download always happen on the authority's own website.
